Position: Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $27.98/hr

Responsibilities:

1. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery, ensuring safety, legality, and quality standards are met.
2. Respond to and troubleshoot equipment stoppages or mechanical breakdowns, replacing worn or defective parts as needed.
3. Operate machine shop equipment and fabricate parts when necessary.
4. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by management, including fulfilling work schedules and adhering to attendance policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One or more years of experience as a Production Operator or Technician, or formal training in related fields.
• Experience in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), welding, electronics, electrical repairs, or industrial equipment installation and repair.

Minimum Requirements:

Associate Degree in Electronics or Electrical Technology and/or equivalent formal training and work experience.
