Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure plant facilities and equipment are maintained in optimal working condition and safety standards are upheld.

Requirements

• Develop and follow preventive maintenance programs for machinery, including operating and testing automated lines, repairing, overhauling, or replacing faulty components.
• Enhance system performance through modifications and expansions.
• Organize forklift maintenance and ensure daily inspections.
• Promote a safe working environment, complying with safety standards and legal regulations.
• Engage in educational opportunities to expand technical knowledge.
• Work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating self-motivation and reliability.
• Availability for on-call duties during evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications, Education & Experience

• Troubleshoot electronics, pneumatic, and mechanical systems efficiently.
• Possess carpentry skills and manufacturing experience.
• Have technical understanding, machinery maintenance, welding, and electrical experience.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret instructions and establish facts to draw valid conclusions.

Work Environment

Indoor manufacturing setting with moderate to high noise levels requiring hearing protection. PPE is mandatory. Exposure to weather conditions may occur. The environment is structured with regulated lunch and break times.
