Maintenance Technician - Charlotte, NC

A manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician. This is a fast-paced, demanding role with growth opportunities, and the company is willing to provide training for upward progression. This is a direct hire position, operating on a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Salary: $52,000 - $72,799.98 per year

Work Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Education: High School diploma required

Responsibilities

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and injection molding equipment.
2. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
3. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
4. Diagnose and repair electrical issues including sensors, motors, relays, circuits, and control panels.
5. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
6. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
7. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Essential Functions

• Work in a smoke-free environment
• Wear steel toe shoes
• Work in a non-temperature controlled environment
• Manual lifting up to 50 lbs
• Stand for 8 hours at a time
