Job Title: General Maintenance Technician

Pay: $24.00/hour
Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Description of Duties: Perform general maintenance and repair duties throughout an industrial foundry facility. Assist with troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs of production equipment, machinery, and facility systems to help maintain safe and reliable operations. Utilize hand and power tools to complete mechanical repairs, equipment adjustments, inspections, and general facility maintenance. Respond to maintenance needs throughout the plant while following established safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements: Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing, foundry, machine shop, industrial, or similar production environment . Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience using common hand and power tools. Experience performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting machinery, and completing mechanical repairs is highly desirable. Must be safety-conscious, dependable, and comfortable working in a foundry environment with heat, noise, dust, heavy machinery, and physically demanding working conditions.
