Job summary

The Collier Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Port Orange, FL. This on-site role supports the maintenance team to uphold property standards and safety.

You will troubleshoot, diagnose problems, and implement solutions with a customer-focused attitude across HVAC (if certified), electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and related areas. Ideal candidates have EPA Universal certification and at least 1 year of maintenance experience, a strong work ethic, and

• Customer service experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other systems.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance team to ensure property standards and safety.
• Perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry and other areas as needed.
• Complete work orders accurately and maintain a customer-focused service attitude.

Port Orange is one of the top 5 most affordable waterfront cities in Florida.As a Maintenance Technician, you will support the Maintenance Team in ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet The Collier Company’s established standards. The Maintenance Technician is an expert at troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, and making solutions with a customer service attitude.
