Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial and commercial maintenance techniques and procedures.
• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, if necessary.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is a plus.
