Brava Roof Tile in Washington, IA is seeking a Maintenance Technician IIII (Industrial Maintenance Electrician) to install and remove manufacturing equipment and carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment and panels. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Formal industrial maintenance electrician training or degree.
• 3-5 years industrial maintenance electrical experience.
• 3+ years work order management experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with and delegate duties on large projects to contractors or maintenance teams.
• Generate and close out work orders with data including labor hours, equipment maintenance, parts used with CMMS software.
• Spec out and order supplies needed to complete task.
• Read technical drawings and schematics (electrical & hydraulic).
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, valve bodies, coils, etc.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with manufacturing equipment, hydraulic systems, conveyors, material handling systems, etc.
• Assist in building maintenance team (share knowledge and mentor).

Job DetailsJob Location: Washington Plant - Washington, IA 52353Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $35.00 - $45.00 HourlyAMaintenance Technician IIII (Industrial Maintenance Electrician)responsible for the installation and removal of manufacturing equipment as well as executing preventative and corrective maintenance programs on electrical equipment & panels.Responsible and leading for Infrastructure Projects, from start to finish.Assisting with the Controls and Automation development.

Serving a key role in the continual improvement and development of the department overall, they are expected to serve as both mentorand role model for levelI&II Technicians.

Schedule:Monday-Friday7:00am-3:00pm.

Education and Experience:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent (required)
• Formal Industrial Maintenance Electrician Training or Degree
• 3-5 years Industrial Maintenance Electrical Experience
• 5+ years and just leave experience and on.
• 3+ Years of experience with work order management.

Requirements:

• Must be able to reach, stretch, bend, kneel, and during daily routine, with the ability to stand and walk for long lengths of time.
• Ability to lift, push and pull objects weighing over 50 pounds
• Must have a valid Driver's License
