Tessera is seeking an experienced General Maintenance Worker III for the Siverdale, WA area (Bangor). The role covers building maintenance, plumbing, electrical and grounds upkeep with a focus on quality workmanship and customer communication.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 3 years of related experience, and the ability to perform heavy manual labor. A valid driver’s license and ability to obtain security clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma/GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of closely related experience.
• Knowledge of painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work preferred.
• Ability to learn a wide variety of building and ground maintenance.
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods of time, occasionally in adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting, carpentry, siding repairs, glass replacement in doors/windows, minor plumbing, masonry and electrical work.
• Repair or replace sinks, water coolers, and toilets; caulking plumbing fixtures.
• Communicate with customer and supervisors about repairs and needs.
• Ensure work meets quality control standards; update scheduler on status and completion dates.
