Job summary

Silfab Solar is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for the Pitman Day Shift at our Burlington, WA facility. You will perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment, repair electrical and mechanical components, and drive improvements in reliability and safety.

The role requires 6+ years in manufacturing maintenance or 4+ years with a trade certification. Responsibilities include using CMMS to record work, following Lock Out/Tag Out, and collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, or 4+ years with a recognized trade certification.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
• Strong problem solving, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for electrical/mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Repair electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic components and control systems.
• Record work in CMMS and maintain safety practices.
• Support installation and relocation of equipment as needed.
• Diagnose faults in electrical systems and interlocks.
