Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily settings.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and repairs.
• EPA & HVAC certification required.
• Proficient in minor plumbing and electrical troubleshooting.
• Appliance troubleshooting skills are required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable responding to after‑hours service calls.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances and building systems.
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow OSHA and safety regulations.
• Provide strong customer service when interacting with community members.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and additional tasks as needed.
• Train for advancement to Maintenance IV.
