Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, with 2+ years in maintenance or process/project management.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with lockout/tagout, schematics/blueprints, and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance systems and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance activities to keep production machinery running efficiently.
• Control and monitor plant systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and document results.
• Maintain records and close work orders in the system.
• Communicate daily with shifts, staff, contractors, and management.
• Support audits and participate in plant walkarounds.
• Provide guidance to team members as needed.
• Ensure accurate parts and time tracking against assets.
• Assist with projects including installation, setup, or removal of machinery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
