Responsibilities

• Assist in managing spare parts for facility utilities and supplies to minimize downtime.
• Support electrical distribution, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Enter and close work orders in the CMMS system.
• Complete facility projects including moves, fixtures, remodeling and improvements.
• Execute preventive and demand maintenance with proper GMP documentation.
