Job summary

ID Logistics US in Texas is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair a range of packaging systems, automation equipment, conveyors, and robotics. Candidates should be proficient with PLCs, HMIs, motor drives, and electrical/mechanical systems, and able to operate in a GMP environment.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance in manufacturing, strong reading of schematics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical knowledge up to 480VAC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in Industrial Maintenance in Food & Beverage or related industries.
• Experience reading schematics/equipment drawings.
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with 24VDC up to 480VAC 3-phase electricity.
• Knowledge of HMIs, AC/DC motor drives, PLCs for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Regular inspection, troubleshooting and repairs of electrical and mechanical production equipment.
• Detecting malfunctions and defects in electrical and mechanical systems on all automation equipment.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and OSHA rules.
• Manage time efficiently and complete tasks as assigned.
• Report damages and issues to the supervisor.
• Operate Upkeep CMMS for PMs, work orders, repairs and parts inventory.
• Follow GMPs and safety rules; observe and enforce safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
