The LEGO Group in Richmond, VA seeks a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding systems, troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues, and support TPM initiatives.
You will document work in CMMS, participate in safety programs, collaborate with engineering and production teams, travel as needed, and uphold QEHS standards while contributing to continuous improvement and reliable production.
Technical SkillsWorking knowledge of:Injection molding equipment (e.g., Engel, Arburg, Husky)Electrical circuits, PLCs, sensors, relaysPneumatic and hydraulic systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematicsProficient computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office) and familiarity with digital maintenance tools.
Starting hourly rate: $36.85.
The salary for this position has a range of $36.85 - $36.85 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
