Primary Objective

Performs complex mechanical duties on production machines and equipment, including electrical troubleshooting as needed.

Major Functions and Scope

• Collaborates with Supervisors and Managers to ensure preventive maintenance (PM) schedules are met within 14 days, as per SOP.
• Possesses proven skills and knowledge at Level 2 with a rating of 4 or higher in maintenance training metrics, and has completed at least two blocks toward Level 3.
• Adjusts machines for proper operation.
• Performs electrical repairs on machinery and equipment, including troubleshooting and replacing PLC components, motors, motor starters, and inverters plant-wide.
• Conducts scheduled PMs according to the calendar.
• Informs Supervisors of operational status and issues.
• Follows ISO procedures and completes maintenance work orders efficiently, maintaining utilization rates of at least 85% for G-2 shifts and 65% for other shifts.
• Performs additional duties as required, adhering to environmental, safety, and health procedures.
