Primary Objective

Performs complex mechanical duties on machines and equipment needed for production and performs electrical troubleshooting as necessary.

Major Functions and Scope

1. Coordinate with Production Supervisors and Managers to ensure PM schedules are met within a 14-day window as documented in SOP.
2. Demonstrate proven skills and knowledge at Level 2 with a rating of 4 or better on maintenance training metrics and have completed at least two blocks for Level 3.
3. Make necessary machine adjustments for proper operation.
4. Perform electrical repairs on machinery and equipment, including troubleshooting and replacement of PLC components, motors, motor starters, and inverters plant-wide.
5. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance according to the PM calendar.
6. Inform Supervisors of operational status and any issues with equipment.
7. Follow ISO operating procedures and complete maintenance work orders, maintaining a work order utilization rate of at least 85% for G-2 shifts and 65% for shift mechanics.
8. Perform other related duties as required.
9. Adhere to Environmental, Safety & Health procedures and control plans.
