• Mechanical Mastery: Maintain electrical systems, assist with ventilation and refrigeration, and keep heating and plumbing systems in top condition.
• Handyman Heroics: Perform manual repairs, assist with pest control, and maintain property grounds.
• Proactive Maintenance: Conduct preventative maintenance and regular inspections.
• Swift Solutions: Respond promptly to maintenance tickets, address issues professionally, and complete repairs efficiently.

Qualifications
