Your Impactful Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll dive into a diverse range of tasks that keep our properties running smoothly and our residents happy:

• Safety First: Survey buildings, conduct repairs, and ensure all systems meet health and safety standards.
• Mechanical Mastery: Tackle maintenance of electrical systems, assist with ventilation and refrigeration setups, and keep heating and plumbing systems in top condition.
• Handyman Heroics: Perform manual repairs, assist with pest control, and maintain property grounds with pride.
• Proactive Maintenance: Assist with preventative maintenance tasks and regular inspections, ensuring everything is in tip-top shape.
• Swift Solutions: Respond to maintenance tickets promptly, address issues professionally, and see repairs through to completion.
  
  

Qualifications

To Be Successful, the Candidate Must Demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a Multifamily setting is highly desirable
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, heating, carpentry, appliance repair, preventative maintenance and safety protocols
• Strong communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
• The ability to handle challenging situations, take constructive feedback as well as prioritize one's day according to ticket request
• Imitative a as well as being a self-starter
• Willingness to mentor less experience technicians to improve team efficiency
