AbbVie is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the UD Fill line on the A2 shift. This entry-level role supports preventive and demand maintenance, working closely with Senior Technicians to develop multi-craft skills in a GMP environment.

You will perform preventive tasks, assist with corrective repairs, and pursue vocational training to broaden your maintenance capabilities while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma with 0+ yrs. experience or relevant certificate.
• Completion or current enrollment in a formal technical school program related to industrial maintenance.
• Mechanical and/or electrical experience preferred.

This position is an entry level maintenance position. This role will serve as a primary resource on preventive and demand maintenance activities within their current skill set while supporting Senior technicians with more advanced tasks.

• Knowledge and ability to use basic power tools and ability to apply proper hand and measuring tools in an industrial setting.
• Must be able to become aseptic gown certified.
• HS diploma with 0+ yrs. experience or Relevant Certificate. Completion or current enrollment in a formal technical school program related to Industrial Maintenance desired.
• Mechanical experience preferred
• Electrical experience preferred
• Industrial equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and set-up (preferred)
