UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Tech II to join our UniFirst community. In the Maintenance Department, you will repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment and systems, with a Monday–Friday work week and occasional night and weekend overtime.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Experience in industrial maintenance and PLCs is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics in English.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot equipment problems using observation and test instruments.
• Assist maintenance staff with emergency and non-emergency repairs.
• Repair PLCs and control systems and follow schematics and manuals.
• Perform boiler and wastewater testing and adjust chemicals as needed.
• Conduct safety checks on boilers and equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Perform basic welding and lubrication tasks per procedures.
• Operate Computerized Maintenance Management System and document work.
