UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Tech II to join our UniFirst community. As a Team Partner in the Maintenance Department, you will handle repairs, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, systems, and components.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience repairing industrial processing equipment.
• Must pass maintenance knowledge assessment and read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment problems using precision measuring tools.
• Repair PLCs and related control systems.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, operation manuals and engineering specs.
• Perform boiler chemical and wastewater pre-treatment system testing and adjust chemicals as required.
• Conduct daily and weekly safety checks on boilers and make necessary repairs.
