The position pays $25.00–$27.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, and requires 1–3 years of related work. CAMT certification and technical training are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances and HVAC.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic familiarity with computers and tablets.
• Availability for on‑call activity during off hours.
• Ability to speak and understand basic English.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair in areas including appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Complete service requests and repairs; ensure vacant apartments are market ready.
• Perform maintenance work orders for preventive maintenance, building and safety inspections, and annual unit inspections.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal through snow removal, landscaping and trash management activities.
• Be available for on‑call activity during off-hours and emergencies as scheduled.
