Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Fremont, Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance - Level II to perform a variety of onsite maintenance tasks, including light repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping and janitorial duties. You will work as part of a team to ensure the community meets high maintenance standards.

You will move heavy objects, may drive maintenance trucks, and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.
• On-call availability for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces and ensure they are functioning properly.
• Maintain grounds and keep areas free from trash and debris.
• Collaborate with management to keep the property clean, safe and appealing.
• Attend morning staff meetings to communicate vendor appointments and required work.
• Communicate with maintenance staff and management on special projects.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs.
• Move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks to various locations on the property.
• Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
