The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to be on call after hours. Strong teamwork and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure amenity spaces are maintained and functioning.
• Maintain grounds; clear trash and debris.
• Collaborate with management to keep property clean, safe, and appealing.
• Attend morning meetings to coordinate vendor appointments.
• Communicate professionally with team on maintenance projects.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs.
• May move heavy objects and drive maintenance vehicles.
• Monitor inventory and supplies.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
