Job summary

Neighborly Communities seeks a Maintenance Technician II for the Keizer Station team. The role focuses on maintaining the property, handling make-readies, and ensuring safety and code compliance on-site.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of maintenance repair experience, strong MS Office skills, and a commitment to residents and safety. On-site work and after-hours on-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of maintenance repair experience.
• MS Office proficiency.
• OSHA/Pool certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the apartment make-ready process with inspections, repairs and vendor coordination.
• Maintain grounds and amenities to property standards.
• Oversee unit turnovers, inspections and safety checks including fire extinguishers.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe shop/equipment practices.
• Provide high-quality resident service and responsive communication.
• Assist Community Manager with maintenance reporting and budgeting.
