Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Cavelier Court Apartments in Memphis, TN. You will perform maintenance on rental units, common areas, office, grounds, and parking lots, ensuring market-ready conditions and timely service requests.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members. On-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
• Current vehicle license in good standing and meet driving record standards.
• Availability for on-call activity during off hours.
• Ability to speak and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, and basic HVAC.
• Complete assigned service requests and repairs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and market readiness.
• Perform preventive maintenance program tasks and inspections.
• Maintain grounds, curb appeal, and trash management.
• Be available for on-call activity during off-hours and emergencies.
