Qualifications

• 3+ years industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a continuous process industry.
• US work eligibility to reside and work in the U.S.
• Initiative, adaptability, and communication skills.
• Able to work safely in a production environment; physically capable of performing job duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Respond to plant breakdowns and unplanned outages.
• Read and interpret P&ID and mechanical drawings; understand process concepts, control systems, and instrumentation.
• Familiar with operation of centrifugal pumps, compressed air systems, gearboxes, piping, and valves; rigging.
• Work with 24/120/220/480 VAC electrical systems and low voltage control systems.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Assist operations in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment problems.
• Participate in root-cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Assist in startup of equipment after maintenance.
• Keep tools and workspace organized.
• Perform other duties assigned by Plant Manager; be on-call as needed.
