Job summary

Fairfield Residential in Tiburon, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to help maintain our residential community. You will perform daily maintenance tasks, diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, and prepare vacant apartments for new residents.

This role includes participation in on-call rotations, safety inspections, and coordination with vendors. Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of related maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Minimum one year of maintenance experience in property management or related trade.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Participate in on-call rotations and assist with safety inspections.
