Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician II at Hidden Creek Villas to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties, and assist the Service Manager with community tasks.

You will support preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and help with resident events while contributing to the community preservation program. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
