Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

• Ability to speak and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, basic electrical, plumbing, and basic HVAC.
• Complete service requests and repairs per company procedures; prep vacant apartments for occupancy and market readiness.
• Perform maintenance service orders for preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal through snow removal, landscaping, and trash management.
• Be available for on-call activity during off-hours and emergencies as scheduled.
