Job summary

Santikos Entertainment in San Antonio, TX is seeking a General Maintenance Technician II to maintain refrigeration and mechanical systems, perform journey-level repairs, preventative maintenance, and participate in construction projects within our Facilities & Maintenance department.

You will follow building codes, complete CMMS work orders, read blueprints, coordinate with contractors, manage stock, and ensure safety and OSHA compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Texas driver's license or equivalent.
• Reliable vehicle for local travel to sites.
• Incident-free driving record.
• 5 years’ experience in general maintenance or trade certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, code-compliant operation of equipment and systems.
• Complete CMMS work orders within defined intervals.
• Inspect, diagnose, repair general maintenance tasks.
• Read plans/blueprints before construction/repair work.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage supplies.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe work practices.
