Qualifications

• Proven competency as a Maintenance Technician I.

Responsibilities

• Paint and repair masonry, woodwork, plumbing, electrical (unpowered) and furnishings.
• Perform grounds maintenance: mowing, trimming hedges, weeds, leaves disposal.
• Maintain lighting fixtures and replace bulbs as needed.
• Move, store, or dispose of furniture; keep facilities neat and organized.
• Maintain and service building systems including sewer, electrical, HVAC, water and compressed air.
• Assure compliance with ISO9000 policies and report deviations.
