Job summary

New Land Enterprises in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support day‑to‑day maintenance of our apartment and commercial properties. You will complete work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and help ensure safety, functionality, and curb appeal for residents.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 1–3 years in maintenance, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and tools, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade training preferred.
• 1–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience for residential or commercial properties.
• Ability to perform repairs across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Familiarity with PMS software such as Entrata, RealPage, or Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Estimate time and communicate progress to the supervisor.
• Maintain quality standards and proper documentation.
• Support preventive maintenance program and scheduled tasks.
• Assist with annual inspections and safety compliance.
