Job summary

United Helpers seeks a full-time maintenance worker to handle maintenance responsibilities at the Harbor Heights housing complex in Sackets Harbor. The role includes maintaining facility grounds, vehicles, equipment, and the facilities themselves, with general repairs across engine, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, and electrical work as beneficial.

Applicants need not be skilled in all areas but should have broad knowledge. A valid NYS driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• General knowledge in multiple maintenance areas.
• Interest in engine repair, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting and electrical work.
• Must have valid NYS driver’s license.
