Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to service and repair residential, commercial, and off-campus properties in two or more skill areas, under supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid MO Class E or IL Class D driver's license, at least two years in property maintenance, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds. You'll work with the Real Estate department and follow safety procedures, with on-call rotating schedule.
