The role requires 3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and a valid MO/IL driver’s license. Expect 40-hour weeks with outdoor work and on-call rotation across campus properties.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience: Maintenance (3 Years).
• Driver's License: A Class E (MO) or Class D (IL) with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assess building conditions, prioritize services, and manage work assignments.
• Plan and manage repairs/installs for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Estimate labor time, requisition materials, and coordinate staff assistance.
