Zusammenfassung

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for weekend shifts to support warehouse and packaging operations. You will perform equipment repairs, upgrades, installations and PMs on mechanical systems including MHE, conveyors, and related equipment. The role includes painting, landscaping and general building maintenance.

Pay ranges from $23.50 to $25.20 per hour plus a $1.75 shift differential. Shift is Fri–Sun, 6:30 AM–6:00 PM.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Trade School Certifications, desirable.
• MHE Certifications, desirable.
• Experience in the operation of high speed packaging equipment, including the operation of human interface robots and recipe storage, desirable.
• 1+ years of experience MHE repair and maintenance, desirable.
• 1+ years of experience in a production environment, desirable.
• 1+ years of experience as Industrial Mechanic or like role, desirable.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections of facility equipment such as stretch wrappers, compactors and other power industrial equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace mechanical components such as motors, reducers, drive chains, sprockets, sheaves, pulleys, rollers, conveyor belts, bearings, and transfer plates.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace pneumatic equipment such as diverters, air compressors, lubricators, hoses, and coils.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace hydraulic equipment such as hoses, fittings, cylinders, and pumps.
• Use welding equipment, basic machine shop and fabrication tools.
• Perform general maintenance of electrical systems and equipment in use.
