Job summary

Monogram Foods is seeking a maintenance technician to repair and maintain production machinery and electrical equipment. You will dismantle devices, replace worn parts, lubricate, and test performance while adhering to safety and QA standards.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma (technical training preferred), and basic math with effective communication. On-site work with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old to work for Monogram Foods.
• Technical college education or equivalent, or 2 years in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery and equipment; diagnose faults by listening to devices.
• Dismantle equipment to access and replace defective parts; test performance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure safety compliance across departments.
• Wear PPE and keep tools clean; document activities and follow QA protocols.
