You will collaborate with others to develop maintenance strategies, mentor Level 1 technicians, and maintain parts inventory while adhering to safety rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn maintenance tasks.
• Proficient with PCs, spreadsheets, and reporting software.
• Team player who can work independently when needed.
• Awareness and use of PPE for safety.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Knowledge of conveyors or material transfer equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex maintenance and repair tasks; operate production machines.
• Independently troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and diagnose issues.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Collaborate to develop maintenance strategies and schedules.
• Train and mentor Level 1 technicians and Machine Operators.
