Job summary

ATS, a leading industrial maintenance company in the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, seeks an experienced technician in Augusta, AR. The role involves mid-to-expert level maintenance, diagnostics, and the ability to dismantle and repair components, using basic and specialized tools, and performing welding as needed.

The candidate will support continuous improvement initiatives, update CMMS records, and may travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Associate degree with technical focus and 3 years of related experience, or 5 years of related experience in general industry.
• Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
• Able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identify and source parts, supplies and repair items.
• Set up and operate machining operations (lathe, drill press, grinder) and perform welding as needed.
• Follow 5S and housekeeping standards; participate in CI activities and document CMMS history.
