Monarch Landing in Naperville, IL is seeking a Maintenance Technician II with a hospitality focus for a full-time, Tue-Sat 9:30am-6pm role. You will perform routine and emergency repairs, service HVAC, and keep detailed maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and emergency repairs such as electrical, plumbing, and fixture repairs.
• Assists in servicing HVAC units/systems.
• Keeps complete and accurate maintenance records.
• Responds to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
• Performs preventative maintenance and participates in on-call rotation.
