Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking an HVAC-Certified Maintenance Technician II to perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance at Shadow Ridge at Southlands, Aurora, CO. You will troubleshoot HVAC systems and assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting while ensuring safety and resident satisfaction.

This full-time onsite role offers a base hourly wage of $29–$31, a discretionary bonus, comprehensive benefits, PTO, paid holidays, and opportunities to advance toward Lead

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily or similar environments.
  • 1+ year of HVAC maintenance and repair experience required.
  • HVAC Certification preferred; EPA Certification required.
  • Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including AquaTherm.
  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance, plus light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
  • Respond to work orders promptly and prevent issues from escalating.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness of buildings, grounds, and amenities.

This role is hands-on and service-oriented, supporting daily work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs while helping prevent minor issues from becoming major repairs. The Maintenance Technician II works closely with the Maintenance and Property Management teams and serves as a key contributor to resident satisfaction and community safety.Work ArrangementLocation: Onsite | Shadow Ridge at Southlands | Aurora, COSchedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMOn-Call: Required on a scheduled basis, including occasional weekends or holidaysKey ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including AquaTherm.Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related workRespond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalationMaintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhousesInteract professionally and courteously with residents in their homes and throughout the communityFollow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environmentAssist with general property upkeep and support team members as neededCareer Path & Next Role ReadinessThe Maintenance Technician II role is intentionally designed as a pathway to the Lead Maintenance Technician role.
