Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventative, and emergency repairs at our multifamily properties in St. Louis. This onsite role covers light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC tasks, handling work orders and ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will interact with residents, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support the property team while working a standard Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs (light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC).
• Respond to work orders promptly and identify issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents in homes and community spaces.
• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe working environment; assist with general property upkeep.

This role is hands-on and service-oriented, supporting daily work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs while helping prevent minor issues from becoming major repairs.
