The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in maintenance with HVAC emphasis, a trade school degree or related experience, and the ability to read manuals and write routine reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience with HVAC emphasis.
• Trade school degree and/or 2 years related experience with CG preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate with the team.
• Must be able to produce a negative drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Inspect apartments and common areas to ensure the community is well-maintained.
• Handle emergency repairs and maintain maintenance equipment and vehicles.
• Move furniture, replenish water softener salt, change filters, and repair various machines.
• Follow safety protocols and confidentiality policies.
• Report signs of potential abuse or neglect immediately.
• Attend mandatory in-service training sessions.
