Summit West Apartments 1 LLC is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Temple Terrace, FL to join our team. This full-time role requires HVAC certification, basic tools, and the ability to service a multifamily community, with on-call rotation for emergencies.

You will perform routine to emergency maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC systems, and handle plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks while ensuring safety and quality in a resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required and must be current.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Ownership of basic tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (certification required).
• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Apartment Maintenance Technician - Full Time (40+ Hours)

Location: Temple Terrace FL 33617

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week + overtime as needed

On-Call: Required rotation

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
