Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Observes mechanical devices to locate the cause of trouble.
• Repairs and replaces defective parts.
• Installs pipe assemblies and plumbing fixtures.
• Regularly greets residents by name in a friendly manner.
