Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to perform general facility maintenance, make-ready unit work, and repairs across a resort environment. You will handle painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry, and landscape tasks to ensure units and buildings are in top working order.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to safety programs as part of delivering high-quality guest experiences across our properties.

Responsibilities

• General facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficient operation.
• Perform service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units and perform general fixture replacement/repair (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outside landscape and dispose of trash; perform general landscape tasks.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; follow safety programs.
