Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to ensure guest comfort and safety by maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems across our properties.

You’ll perform routine repairs, respond to requests, and uphold safety standards while delivering excellent guest service. Ideal candidates will have hands-on maintenance experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs.
• Performs plumbing maintenance (pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, Jacuzzi tubs) using soldering, PVC/CPVC fittings.
• Replaces breakers, ballasts and other electrical fixtures; identifies and reports hazards.
• Completes preventative maintenance programs on all systems (HVAC).
• Patches drywall, repairs walls/ceilings, and paints as needed.
