Job summary

The University of Toledo seeks a Maintenance Repair Worker 2 to perform a range of building and equipment maintenance tasks in our campus facilities.

Under general supervision, you will handle plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and assist skilled trades; requires HS diploma, 6 months experience, valid driver's license. This is a full-time union position with a 7:00am to 3:30pm shift; posted salary $17.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 6 months training or 6 months experience in maintenance repair.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability under UT driving policies.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, painting, general maintenance, and carpentry.
• Assists skilled maintenance repair workers and skilled trades persons in maintenance repair work.
