Job summary

175 Hard Rock Bristol LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and predictive maintenance across HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing and carpentry systems. You will respond to service calls and ensure event setups adhere to diagrams.

The role requires basic tool use, ladder work, and a commitment to guest service while complying with all regulations and SOPs. A high school diploma and 3 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry basics.
• Ability to perform preventive and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility, repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry systems.
• Assist with event setups and teardowns in a safe, timely manner.
• Provide guest-focused service and document work performed daily.
• Follow Virginia Lottery regulations and SOPs.
